From Junction 31 M5Forward onto A38. Follow signs for A380 Torquay and stay on the A380 until you reach the large roundabout at Newton Abbot. Taking the second exit from the roundabout, continue on the A380 which is now a single carriageway. At the next roundabout after the single carriageway section through Kingskerswell take the first exit A3022 signposted Torquay Town Centre. At the third set of traffic lights, with Curry's on your left, turn left into Hele Road. Continue straight on following signs to Plainmoor and Torquay United Football Ground. At the first roundabout take the right hand lane to go straight on. At the two mini roundabouts at the foot of the hill turn left and then immediately right up the hill into Westhill Road. At the next set of traffic lights, continue straight on into Warboro Road. Turn right before the Londis shop into Hingston Road. At the end of Hingston Road, turn left and Abberley House is a short distance up the road on your left.If you reach the Londis shop, turn right immediately after the shop. This is All Saints Road. At the end of All Saints Road, turn right and we are just round the corner on the right hand side.From Torquay Harbour (Town Centre)Turn left at the Clock Tower into Torwood Street and continue on to Babbacombe Road. After the second zebra crossing (approximately one mile), turn left oppositeSt Matthias Church. Follow the road up the hill and when the road forks, take the right hand fork into Windsor Road. Carry on up and over the hill and at the bottom of the hill Abberley House is on the right just past All Saints Road.From Maidencombe turn right at the roundabout next to the golf course, signposted PlainmoorTorquay United Football Ground. Carry straight on to the next roundabout where you should turn left up Westhill Road. At the next set of traffic lights continue straight on into Warbro Road. Turn right before the Londis shop into Hingston Road.
